Truth about acme part 1: The Presell Page!
Several types of people involved
Type 1: Goons
These people are total con artists: Tissa Godavitarne, Gary Chappelle (paid by Tissa to 'manage' Tissa's insane asylum forum - stalks noobies and 'answers' questions - avoid him), Mike Napoli (teaches people to trick Google by using fake Presell Pages to funnel people to Tissa's Presell Page, the one with Tissa's house on it) and others that work Tissa's brainwashing forum. These blokes knowingly scam you.
Type 2: No Clue Give Up
These people give up after a while, which can be up to 7 months or more. They had no clue to begin with, and they have no clue on the way out. They may even call this a legit scam. Eventually, after it sinks in that this is nothing but a total time and money wasted scam, they become infuriated Type 2's. Examples below.
Type 3: No Clue Don't Give Up
These people become rabid followers, until they either give up or become dumb goons. They can be extremely abusive verbally. They are completely deluded and can no longer think for themselves. They reply without even thinking, because Tissa has already programmed them with standard replies to common problems. They will tell an infuriated Type 2 that this is not a get rich quick program, or, if the Type 2 is still at the clueless stage, they will tell them to learn to earn, which is how they start the time wasting, with the meter running. If you hang around past the first three months, you may get promoted to dumb goon (a dumb goon is clueless while a regular goon knows this is a scam). At this point, you no longer pay the monthly fee, in exchange for your hours of forum brainwashing that you give Type 2's to keep them on as long as possible. Even if just for thirty days, so Tissa can charge them and you can get a one time fee for bringing the lambs to get FLEECED by Tissa Godavitarne.
Which is ALL that Tissa Godavitarne's FAKE PROOF BOARD represents, in addition to the fact that they worked for LESS THAN $1/HR, as you will see below.

Because, typically, it takes well over 200 hours of effort to achieve the $200 pay out, and hundreds in advertising costs. THIS is the REALITY folks!

In the next screen shot, Larryathome clearly shows signs of being a Type 3 (dumb goon). Unfortunately, eaglefly11 is also a Type 3 involved in Tissa's racket.
So, now that you have had a taste of Tissa's scam, let's see how Tissa actually does it. As you just discovered above, it is by totally lying to you and paying you less than $1/hr to deceive others. It is NOT ABOUT PEOPLE SEARCH at all!
Near the bottom of Tissa's Presell Page, Tissa says that if you have read that far, that chances are good you are exactly the TYPE of person he is looking for. This is because Tissa preys on the trusting innocence of newbies (or noobies), as we are called.

Or, you might have seen a tweet on Twitter promising $125 in 24 hrs. Or, a tweet telling you to make money by owning a FREE search engine. After clicking that little text ad, you end up on a carefully crafted LANDING PAGE, full of lies, designed to COERCE YOU.

Let me show you a screen shot of what happened when I searched RipoffReport.com for Cyberspace to Paradise Inc. It speaks for itself, and, as Tissa says, it will speak to YOU! Check it out:

Next, Tissa Godavitarne blows the inexperienced noobies away with a letter from Google. Thus, lending support to his credibility. After all, this must be legit, he's doing business with Google. Click here, to see the answer to the question "Is Google affiliated with Tissa Godavitarne...?" Again, Tissa shows no proof of what he actually spent. Click here, to see what happens to people who follow Tissa's advice to advertise their search engine in the People Search Niche. Even if you spend twice as much as Tissa, you still won't make a dime in people search, by promoting Tissa's FAKE search engine!
What this screen really shows, is the results of over 400,000 ABANDONED "free search engines" that got a few clicks each, from suckers posting adds to try to make money with the "free search engine". If Tissa REALLY spent $600,000 he would have proof of money paid by him TO GOOGLE! Tissa NEVER shows what he spent, and accuses "the gurus" of THE VERY LIES HE (TISSA) DOES, so he can take your guard down!
The next set of lies are incredible. Tissa says he did not spend a penny on any program that promised to make him money. And he passed on get a FREE website offers. But Tissa and his wife and his affiliates ALL promise others $125 in 24 hrs! AND, they give away FREE websites, with search engines on them. They even tell you that you can make money promoting the free search engine, which is TOTALLY not the case! {Google slaps that ugly affiliate domain, silly}. The only money you can make, is by tricking others to get their own search engine. By working your ass off for Tissa! For less than $1 per hour. Trying to coerce others into a similar fate.
I just want to draw your attention to the last paragraph, in the slide above, before moving on to the next slide. Folks, there is NOTHING WRONG with dropping a name into Google, and getting results. In fact, Tissa's so called data base is severely outdated! I ended up using the White Pages, which are FREE, and got phone numbers and everything. Hey Tissa, mind showing us the missing proofs, such as the receipts of your $100,000 investment, and the $25,000 per month bill?

"I will pay to send targeted (PPC) traffic to your search engine. And the affiliate networks will pay you hefty commissions. That is how confident I (Tissa Godavitarne) am in the power of my search engine to generate profits." NONE of what you just read (quoted from the slide above) is true! Not a single word!
Tissa wants you! Even if he must lie to you about many things. Especially the NON-EXISTENT advertising! Tissa actually ADMITTED (in his insane asylum forum) that he subsidizes actual results to give you "A TASTE" of your search engine's performance. WHEN COMBINED WITH HIS ADVERTISING, supposedly, you make $125 in 24 hours. Ya right (again) Tissa!
With such a comment, Tissa pretty much lets ALL the HOT AIR out of his own SCAM!
"Remember that the $29.95/month is not for my free advertising. My free advertising is just that - free. However, when you subscribe, I send you free PPC traffic from my ad campaigns. Until you have reached at least $125 in guaranteed commissions (which you already have - [log into your back office and] click on the "Referrals" link above). Once you have reached at least $125 in commissions, I no longer send you free traffic." It is ABUNDANTLY CLEAR that NONE of what you just read (quoted from the slide above) is true! Not a single word!
In his insane-asylum-forum, his goons were working me over with harsh verbal abuse & Tissa refused to reply to my question. All he could answer was with more lies, he begins with a nice lie that totally contradicts his own terms of service, let alone his sales page brainwashings:

It absolutely comes from my pocket [incriminates himself by admitting this, he totally reveals his own fraud, denies nothing. Folks, that tactic is called reverse psychology, better known as head games]. If that troubles anyone for any reason, again - one has 30 days to cancel one's subscription before being billed.
In other words, Tissa is telling you that you have 30 days to figure out this is a scam. If you make the mistake of giving him the benefit of the doubt, then you are good for several fleecings, before you quit, or stay on as a dumb goon for a while. A few become lifers, these are regular goons (or upgraded dumb goons - true fanatics).
YOU know it's a scam, YOU feel scammed, YOU complain in his forum, he admits its a scam, then tells you that you haven't been scammed. YOU feel like knocking his block off!!! Once you complete Step 3, you are now paying Tissa $29 per month for the honor of paying even more money to advertise his scam until you bring in a few others at $29 per month and finally once the people you brought in have paid their dues for a few months [once they get fleeced by Tissa for a few months] THEN you get a few crumbs and you are expendable because you just duplicated yourself several times over by bringing all the new people in and thus the scam continues with or with out you!A really cool niche search engine huh!? Helps me promote affiliate products like Net Detective. Hmmm, Tissa is even going to advertise my NSE, until I make AT LEAST $125 commissions FROM affiliate products, like Net Detective.
Then, all I have to do, is learn to advertise the way Tissa does, and I'm set! I'll make lots of money (hefty commissions) from those affiliate products like Net Detective. Then, once I make $75 on my own ($200 payout minimum) Tissa will pay me $200! WRONG!!!!
The $125 has NOTHING TO DO with affiliate product commissions! [As you recently discovered!] This is how SNEAKY & MANIPULATIVE Tissa Godavitarne is! That is why I filed my ripoff report in the Bait & Switch category!
GIANT RED FLAG most of us miss: There is NO WAY for Tissa to know when you have reached at least $125 in affiliate product commissions (from Net Detective) because he DOES NOT HAVE YOUR PASSWORD to get into your Net Detective back office! For Example! And this is why he refers to it in the singular now, 'A' Guaranteed commission, on his new sign up page! Tissa even calls it a 'bonus' but has yet to tamper with any of the words on his scammy Presell Page! Because then NOBODY WOULD SIGN UP!
Tissa gets you to waste your precious time & money in three steps until he succeeds in recruiting you to work for him, for less than $1 per hour, while you bring him more suckers to FLEECE!

Can you imagine anyone signing up if they knew that there is NO ADVERTISING and that they would have to pay Tissa $30/month so that they can have a "100% display rate" - so that Tissa doesn't steal their clients (but he does anyways) and thus, their advertising dollars and time and effort? This is why Tissa rigged up his advertising gimmick - to blind you until he can charge your credit card.
Knowing what you now know, how do you feel about Tissa claiming to provide transparency by flashing his FAKE PROOF BOARD everywhere!? And claiming (very fraudulently) that it is search engine affiliate product commissions (like Net Detective)!?
